3. Al hacer uso del servicio, el usuario consiente en el uso de la información proporcionada a AUTORATIA para que sea compartida sólamente con los terceros autorizados, es decir, los asesores legales o profesionales que solicita contactar al hacer uso del servicio.
4. AUTORATIA no interviene en la relación contractual ni en los resultados de la asesoría.
5. Nos reservamos la potestad de rechazar discrecionalmente aquellas propuestas de asesoría que impliquen usos abusivos de la legislación de propiedad intelectual, prácticas monopólicas, trademark hijacking, patent-trolling, entre otros malos usos.
6. AUTORATIA no es responsable por errores cometidos por ambas partes en cualquiera de las etapas de desarrollo del servicio.
7. El precio de la asesoría legal deberá ser debidamente negociado y pactado entre partes. AUTORATIA no tiene incidencia directa en la determinación del mismo.
8. El único medio válido y oficial para hacer uso de los servicios de AUTORATIA es a través de los formularios proporcionados única y exclusivamente en este sitio web (autoratia.com).
9. Cualquier formulario o invitación precontractual ofrecida extraoficialmente a través de otros sitios o plataformas, supuestamente a nombre de AUTORATIA y que no enlace de manera íntegra y directa a este sitio web (o a esta página: AUTORATIA Asesoría), carece de validez y se considerará totalmente ilegal y fraudulenta.
10. En caso de ofertar servicios en plataformas adicionales, ello se comunicará oportunamente en este sitio web. De no existir tal comunicación, el servicio deberá entenderse como no autorizado y, por tanto, potencialmente fraudulento, salvo posteriores aclaraciones oficiales realizadas exclusivamente en este sitio web o en los canales de comunicación del autor de la plataforma.

1. The user of AUTORATIA Advisory Service agrees to provide truthful and accurate information when using the service, at all stages involved.

2. This service, provided by AUTORATIA and its founder (hereinafter, AUTORATIA), strictly consists of providing a communication channel between the client and the advisor so that they may agree upon a legal advisory service. In other words, AUTORATIA assumes the role of a market coordinator, but not that of a legal advisor.

3. By using the service, the user consents to the use of the information provided to AUTORATIA for the sole purpose of sharing it with authorized third parties, that is, the legal advisors or professionals whom the user requests to contact through the service. AUTORATIA does not intervene in the contractual relationship nor in the outcomes of the advisory service.

5. We reserve the right to refuse, at our discretion, any advisory proposals that involve abusive uses of intellectual property law, monopolistic practices, trademark hijacking, patent trolling, or other improper uses.

6. AUTORATIA is not responsible for errors committed by either party at any stage of the service process.

7. The price of the legal advisory service must be duly negotiated and agreed upon between the parties. AUTORATIA has no direct influence over its determination.

8. The only valid and official means of accessing AUTORATIA’s services is through the forms provided exclusively on this website (autoratia.com).

9. Any form or pre-contractual offer presented unofficially through other sites or platforms, allegedly on behalf of AUTORATIA and not linking directly and entirely to this website (or to this page: AUTORATIA Advisory), is invalid and shall be considered completely illegal and fraudulent.

10. In the event that services are offered on additional platforms, such offers will be duly communicated on this website. In the absence of such communication, the service shall be understood as unauthorized and, therefore, potentially fraudulent, unless official clarifications are later published exclusively on this website or through the communication channels of the platform’s author.

An exception to the above applies only when such services are spontaneously shared on other platforms through a backlink or direct link that redirects entirely to autoratia.com, for strictly informational and non-commercial purposes. The interpretation of this clause is strict.
